1. Who is responsible

We do not collect your name, precise location or contacts. The only free-text field in the app is the chat with the AI astrologer — see below.
2a. Chat with the AI astrologer
You can ask questions about your chart in the app. Your question and your chart's planetary placements are sent to the AI provider (section 3). Your name, email, birth date and account ID are not. We ask for consent before the first question; that consent is the legal basis (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and you can withdraw it at any time by deleting the conversation or the account.
The chat is for astrology only. Please do not type about your health, other people, or anything you would not want stored: that could be special-category data, which we deliberately do not collect and would process only because you typed it. Questions about illness, specific investments or legal cases are refused automatically. Conversations are kept for 30 days and then deleted; you can delete today's conversation yourself immediately.
3. Who processes it
- Supabase — database and authentication. Frankfurt, EU.
- Hetzner — server that computes charts. Germany, EU.
- OpenRouter / OpenAI — drafting personal readings and chat answers. The model receives planetary placements (e.g. "Sun in Leo, Moon in the 4th house") and, in the chat, the text of your question — never your birth date, email or account ID. Servers may be outside the EU; transfers are covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- RevenueCat — subscription status. USA; EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Expo — push notification delivery.
- PostHog — usage analytics. EU servers.
- Cloudflare — hosting this website.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — payments and subscriptions under their own terms.
We never sell your data.
4. Retention
For as long as you have an account. Deleting the account in the app (Profile → Delete account) removes birth data, chart, readings and the subscription record immediately and irreversibly; backups expire within 30 days. Chat messages are deleted after 30 days. Waitlist emails are deleted after the launch email is sent, or on request.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct (birth data is editable in the app), delete (button in the app, or email us), export, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent. Write to tomas@givinghand.lt; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (vdai.lrv.lt).
6. Children
The app is for people aged 16 and over. Accounts found to belong to younger users are deleted.
7. Cookies
This website uses no cookies or tracking. The waitlist form sends only the email you type.
8. Changes
Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. The date above is the last update.
