1. Who we are
The app is made and operated by Greita parama, MB, company code 306221745, Laisvės al. 110, LT-44253 Kaunas, Lithuania. Email: tomas@givinghand.lt.
2. What the app is, and is not
Astrologija computes your natal chart from the birth data you enter and provides astrological interpretations and daily readings. The content is for self-reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and should not be relied on for such decisions. Readings do not claim that anything will happen.
Interpretations and readings are produced with AI assistance under fixed astrological rules and editorial guidelines. We aim for accuracy and good tone but do not guarantee every text is error-free.
3. Account
The app works without signing in; the account is then anonymous and tied to the device. Signing in with email lets you restore your data on another phone. You are responsible for access to your email. The app is for people aged 16 and over.
4. Free tier and subscription
Free: Sun, Moon and Rising sign interpretations, the chart wheel, and a daily reading for your sign. The subscription unlocks interpretations for every planet and house plus a personal daily reading.
- Plans: monthly (€4.99/month) and annual (€29.99/year). The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial. Prices may vary by country and store; the final price is shown before you confirm.
- Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
- Payment and cancellation: handled by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel any time in your phone's subscription settings — the app links there. After cancelling, access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: per Apple's and Google's policies — contact the store. By subscribing you agree that digital content is delivered immediately, so the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies from that point.
5. Acceptable use
Personal use only. You may not redistribute the content commercially, circumvent subscription restrictions, or interfere with the service.
The AI astrologer chat answers only questions about your chart; other questions are refused, and the number of free and daily questions is limited. Answers are AI-generated astrological commentary, not advice, and should not be relied on for decisions. Do not type health, other people's or confidential information into the chat — see the Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its design and its texts belong to us or our licensors. Your birth data is yours; we use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the app's content. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be limited under Lithuanian or EU law.
8. Termination
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms, and may discontinue the service with advance notice, in which case unused subscription time is refunded through the store.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app. Lithuanian law applies. Disputes are first addressed by correspondence; consumers may also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (vvtat.lrv.lt) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.
